Ginger Tea Recipe  A spicy beverage, ginger tea is a warming, invigorating, caffeine-free alternative to black tea or coffee. Widely used in various cultures to relieve a sore throat or cough, fight colds, and ease indigestion, nausea, and motion sickness, ginger root has been found to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and is believed to have numerous health benefits. In a study published in Nutrition, for instance, researchers found that daily ginger consumption was associated with a decreased risk of high blood pressure and coronary heart disease.  Here is an easy-to-follow recipe for ginger tea with delicious variations. If any are too spicy or strong for you, try adding more hot water. The greatest way is the simplest way!

The greatest way is the simplest way!          In the following chapters are categorized brief recommendations on how to slap and stretch to relieve and to self heal Parkinson's health problems, followed by more detailed explanations on self healing of Parkinson's symptoms.       I have received constant requests asking me to disclose the secret of PaidaLajin for certain illnesses. But people will invariably find that the so-called “secret formula” is in reality just the repetition of simple common sense techniques of PaidaLajin.     There is really NO secret at all. As is stated in Tao Te Jing, “The greatest way is the simplest way”. However, as long as you are incredulous, healing will remain a secret to you.

Actually, there is no disease!

Image
A basic concept of the PaidaLajin self-healing method is, first of all, to ignore the disease name. All diseases are complex diseases. Even a mild cold or cough is a complex disease. To put it another way, all diseases, including cold and fever, are disorders of the immune system, not to mention various chronic diseases that are aggregated manifestations of many illnesses. A person with correct understanding will follow the theory of the self-healing method and practice PaidaLajin in a systematic manner, and not just slap a certain area or for the sake of curing a particular disease, unless, of course, to relieve acute pains and/or other urgent symptoms. 5 The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon, and Tao Te Ching provided theoretical guidelines for PaidaLajin. The yin-yang interactions, the meridians system and the “heal through inaction” revealed in the two ancient Chinese classics are indispensable for establishment of the self-healing theory and our summary of what body areas to slap. The paradox of Acupuncture....

Image
The paradox of Acupuncture .... It was impossible for me to find out from my acupuncture doctor the name of Parkinson's Disease in TCM. He finally explained to me that from TCM point of view any kinda of disease is viewed as an un balance at the level of energy passing through different meridians. From acupuncture point of view my disease did not exist...it was just an imbalance at the level of kidney stomach and liver meridians. Once the imbalance was solved, the disease was cured!

THE PAIN IS IN YOUR BRAIN!

Image
Every time I think of Parkinson's, I remember an old article from the American newspapers about neurological disorders discovered at the soldiers who lost their limbs in the combat. The doctors could not explain why some of the veterans with this condition complained of severe pain of the missing limbs. In other words, this sufferance had no physical support since the limbs were forever lost! For me, the only explanation for this kind of paradox is simple: THE PAIN IS IN YOUR BRAIN!  If there is a way for your brain to manufacture this pain from nothing, there should be a way to melt it down! Everything is possible for your mind! It depends how efficiently you control it and how you make it work for your own purposes!
